If you took pre-orders on an external site (Celery, Shopify or Squarespace) and want to integrate those orders with your other orders, we may be able to help!
You'll need to export your orders from your external system, and send them to us in CSV-formatted file containing each order's:
- Email address
- Full name
- Configuration ID
- Pledged status (collected or failed)
- Pledge amount
Once you provide this to us, give us 2-3 business days to import these orders into the "Other" source (left menu).
