Have you tried to log into the Backer Portal but your email address isn't recognized? If your email isn't recognized either you haven't created a backer login yet, or your backer login is associated with a different email address.
Survey invites are sent via email. Receiving a project survey via email does not automatically enroll you into the Backer Portal system. However, you can Create a Backer Portal Account to manage your project surveys in one location.
