At the bottom of the survey, the backer has the option to email Crowd Ox for any survey related issues. Our support team will respond to their inquiry as quickly as possible during normal business hours (M-F 9AM-5PM ET).
The backer also has the ability to email your campaign with any product or shipping related inquiries. These will be directed to the email address you provide to Crowd Ox and can be changed at any time.
We provide complimentary backer support for product and shipping inquiries for 48 hours from the initial launch of your surveys, based on information provided to our support team from your project. Longer backer support plans are available for a nominal fee.
